Order Processing
All products purchased on the cocojael.com website will be processed and shipped, using the selected carrier, within 2 business days ("business days" defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). For any exceptions ("exceptions" defined as: natural disaster, mass technology disruption or outage, processing failure, inability to resolve a customer's address with a shipping carrier's addressing resolution capability), we will proactively reach the customer by email as soon as possible with an expected ship date.

Delivery
Shopify provides an estimated arrival window, upon checkout. We aim to be transparent with delivery updates made available to us, however, we are reliant upon the information supplied to us by the selected carrier. Package Carrier Options
The carrier options provided, prior to checkout, are preferred carriers we use to distribute our products globally. By default, we use standard or saver options to keep shipping costs lower.
